In 2017's hit comedy Girls Trip, four lifelong best friends have a chance to reconnect after drifting apart over the years when their lifestyle guru friend (played by Regina Hall) is offered the chance not be the keynote speaker at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans. Queen Latifah's gossip blogger, Jada Pinkett Smith's nurse and mother and their loud happy-go-lucky friend, played by the outrageous Tiffany Haddish, round out the 'Flossy Posse' on this impromptu vacation.
